Becoming an IAF Endorsed Facilitator

Case Study

IAF Endorsed Facilitator certification certificate document

In July 2025, I became an IAF Endorsed Facilitator through the International Association of Facilitators. It is a professional credential that recognises demonstrated capability across the IAF’s core competencies and alignment with their Code of Ethics. The process involved providing real examples of facilitation practice, backed by reflection and peer review.

I was able to demonstrate my experience through high-profile client work across government, corporate and communitysettings, including co-design, policy development, stakeholder engagement, and culturally grounded decision-making. Much of this took place in sensitive, high-trust environments where facilitation needed to support clarity, inclusion, and momentum without taking over.

The endorsement affirms that my approach is not only effective but professionally sound. It reflects the values that guide my work: designing with, not for, and creating the space for people to do their best thinking together.

If you are looking for a facilitator who can help shape the right process for your team, project or partnership, I would be happy to have a conversation.
