New Moon (Aketi Meb) Consulting partnered with Woodside Energy to provide strategic communications and cultural advisory support across a range of First Nations engagement priorities.
A key focus was the development and writing of Woodside’s 2024 Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) Report. The final publication delivered a more confident and grounded voice, better aligned with internal expectations and external visibility. It told a clearer story about progress while maintaining a respectful tone and a strong connection to values.
Alongside the report, we supported the creation of national advertising content for the National Indigenous Times, Indigenous Business Review and NIT.
These placements helped shift the tone from corporate to community-centred, with messaging that resonated more strongly with Indigenous readers and stakeholders. We also worked behind the scenes to shape social media copy and campaign messaging, including support for internal videos and external assets designed to build understanding and trust.
